Refund policy

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please visit the Return Portal within one week of receiving the items to schedule a return or exchange. We will ask you to ship them back and once we receive them we will issue a full refund minus the original shipping charge.

If you contact us after the 1-week mark, we can offer store credit or exchange but all returns or exchanges need to be arranged through the Portal and within one week of receiving your goods.
